This policy covers all purchase options available on www.solbrush.com, including one-time orders, Subscribe & Save subscriptions, and Summer Sun Pack subscriptions. It also covers how to cancel orders and subscriptions. By making a purchase on our site, you agree to the terms below.
We process orders quickly. To cancel a one-time order, email us as soon as possible at hello@solbrush.com.
If your order is marked as unfulfilled, we will cancel it upon request and issue a full refund.
If your order is marked as fulfilled, your package is already on its way and cannot be cancelled. You may return it through our customer portal at returns.solbrush.com for a refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
To change the shipping address, product variant, or quantity on an order that has not yet shipped, email hello@solbrush.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify it.
Your selected Sol Brush or Bug Brush product shipped automatically each month at 20% off the retail price. The discounted subscription price for your specific product will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Your payment method on file will be charged automatically each month on the same date as your initial enrollment. You will be charged the discounted subscription price for your selected product plus applicable taxes and shipping. Billing continues each month until you cancel. You will receive an order confirmation email each time your subscription is processed.
Free standard shipping on subscription orders of $100 or more.
You may skip a month, pause your subscription, or swap your product variant (tint, bottle color, shimmer preference) at any time through your account portal at solbrush.com/account or by emailing hello@solbrush.com.
Cancellations are available after your second shipment. After your second delivery, you may cancel at any time using either of these methods:
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for any future billing cycles after your cancellation is processed. There is no cancellation fee or penalty.
You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
Six Sol Brushes delivered monthly, covering you through the full sun season at 25% off the retail price. Your payment method will be charged automatically each month for six consecutive months at the discounted subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping. The exact price will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Sign up in March: Shipments begin immediately. You receive one brush per month, March through August.
Sign up in April or later: Shipments begin the month you sign up and run for six consecutive months.
Free shipping on every Summer Sun Pack delivery.
All Summer Sun Pack subscriptions renew automatically on March 1st each year. On March 1st, you will be charged for another six-month cycle (March through August) at the current subscription price unless you cancel before that date. We will send you a renewal reminder email before your renewal date so you can cancel if you choose not to renew.

To avoid annual renewal, cancel before March 1st. If you cancel after March 1st and the renewal charge has already been processed, see the refund terms below.

By enrolling in a Sol Brush subscription, you are agreeing to the specific recurring billing terms described above for the subscription program you selected. Your consent to subscription billing is separate from your acceptance of our general Terms of Service.
Both subscription programs require a minimum of two shipments. You may cancel at any time after your second shipment is delivered.
Subscription prices are subject to change. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email before your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the updated price.
Your subscription will be charged to the payment method you provided at enrollment. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process the charge again. If we are unable to process your payment after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You may update your payment method at any time through your account portal at solbrush.com/account.
If a subscription payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to reprocess the charge. If the charge cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused. You will need to update your payment information to resume your subscription.
If you are charged for a subscription renewal and your order has not yet shipped, you may request a full refund of that charge within 7 days of the charge date by emailing hello@solbrush.com.
Once your subscription order has shipped, the standard 30-day Return & Refund Policy applies. See our Return & Refund Policy for details on returning shipped products.
If a Summer Sun Pack renewal charge is processed on March 1st and you intended to cancel before renewal, contact us at hello@solbrush.com within 7 days and we will process a full refund of the renewal charge provided the order has not yet shipped.

When you enroll in a subscription, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your product and variant, the subscription price with your discount applied, your billing frequency, your next billing date, and instructions for how to cancel or manage your subscription.
